Introduction to Mindfulness

Who is this course for?

This is a 90 minute tailor made session for up to 100 people. It's ideal for informing people with no experience of mindfulness what mindfulness is and it's a great way of introducing your organisations mindfulness programme to your people. 

What will I learn?

As well as learning about the science and effectiveness of mindfulness, participants will train in one mindfulness practice and receive a downloadable MP3 file so they can continue the practice in.

It's interactive, fun and informative, giving people an overview of what mindfulness is and how it can be of value in the workplace. This is a great way to introduce mindfulness – dispelling the myths and giving participants  the information they need to decide if they would like to attend one of the full courses.
