Who is this course for?

This course is for organisations who have ran, or are running, eight week programmes and want use the practice in specific areas of the business e.g. project management; change programmes; launch of a new product or process; management development; health and well-being. 


Explorations into Mindfulness builds on the eight week foundation of mindfulness and use the principles to bring attitudinal attention to specific topics, tasks, projects in order to:

  • enable better concentration
  • engage more with tasks
  • think more creatively
  • make better decisions
  • become more energised and resilient
  • build better relationships

Previous attendance on the eight week programme is essential.

What does the course cover?

The course content will be tailored to your organisation’s particular area of requirement with tangible measures of impact agreed.

How is it taught?

The course is taught over four weeks, with one two hour group session a week. It is experiential and interactive, with plenty of discussion and learning from each other. 

To help get the most out of the course, CDs with guided meditations will be provided.
