Our approach to mindfulness is based on the practice taught by The Centre of Mindfulness at Bangor University and follows the principles set out by Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindful Based Stress Reduction Programme (MBSR)
A two hour taster session for people who have no experience of mindfulness.
An experiential and interactive course for people who want to learn more about how to apply mindfulness at work and in life. We run open courses as well as in-house courses.
Explorations into Mindfulness
For organisations who want to continue to develop mindfulness in the workplace beyond the eight week course. This four week programme builds on the foundations and provides the opportunity to use the mindfulness approach to focus on specific business challenges.
Further ongoing support to either simply practice in a group or use the two and a half hour sessions in your organisation to focus on a particular topic and learn more about how to use mindfulness in your working life.
